Amazon has left the door open to a challenger in exactly the parts of the market where loyalty for it is weak – the most significant being grocery, says David Sables, CEO of Sentinel Management Consultants.
It seems crazy to think that with all the sophication in grocery retail that there is clear white space in the UK market. Nevertheless, a pure online grocery digital discounter does not exist. I believe Joybuy see that space and it won’t be white for much longer. – David Sables
